GIVE YOUR PLANTS A GOOD HOME:  To ensure your plants get acclimated to their new surroundings, make sure you plant them right away (weather permitting), locate plants in the appropriate place in the garden (sun and soil), make sure plants are consistently moist (not soaking wet) throughout the first growing season.  After the first growing season, perennials, shrubs, and trees will need the basic seasonal care that all plants require to thrive. (Fertilizer, water when dry, etc.)
